Southern Reel Outfitters was a 4800 square feet tenant finish out that includes two spacious retail areas, dressing room, work area, storage and space for operation of the retailer’s online store. A highly efficient space, the store also features LED lighting throughout.
Interior and exterior remodel of the TGIFriday's in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Harco met the challenge of performing the full renovation in a way that allowed the resturant to remain open and serving customers. This included working sections at at time, working nights and odd hours and remodeling the bar area in a week's time.

This was a 16,000 sf renovation and addition for the Riser Automotive Group's Nissan dealership in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Work was completed while dealership remained in full operation.
Renovation and addition to existing Ford/Lincoln dealership in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Renovations brought structure up to latest Ford program design. Through joint effort of Harco and the building owner, it was decided to maintain sales in a satelite building in order to speed construction.
